The word “sacred” is used here to say that our sexual energy is precious, a treasure to be held dear. If you consider that we have all been created from the coming together of female and male sexual energies and that each of us is born from an act of sexual union, it it becomes clear why we should learn to view our sexual energy in a positive way.

Quodoushka teaches that everything is made of a primordial masculine and feminine sexual energy. It continuously creates not only humans, it is the source of everything in existence. Expanding our definition of sexuality to include the generative, creative force of the universe from which all forms of all things are born is called Chulaquai. When we look at it this way, our sexuality becomes a means of learning to live in balance and harmony with each other and all of life.

It means learning to feel natural again in our bodies, living fully to our senses, while honoring other people’s views. Quodoushka teaches that our sexual energy, when used respectfully, is for our health and our happiness. It is an expression of an overall affirmation of life.

Many of us who are seeking to explore a more open, understanding view of sexuality are new to the idea that this can be a spiritual practice.* For many, spiritual states are viewed as being separate from our physical bodies. Quodoushka teaches it is through our physical bodies that we are able to experience feelings of oneness with all creation. There is an intrinsic connection between sexuality and spirituality. Rather than being something we have to transcend, deny or feel ashamed of, our physical bodies are natural, and the sexual feelings we have are natural too. In this way, with great care and respect, we can begin to experience sex in a spiritual way.

Quodoushka One always starts with starts with you first. We show you how to start to regaining a connection with your own sexual core. We help you become more clear about what you enjoy and to express what you need. We also provide practical teachings and tools to help you understand, communicate and express these feelings honestly.

Unquestionably, our sexual energy influences every facet of our lives. When we feel sick, ill at ease or highly stressed usually our sexual feelings are the first thing to go. Too often, we let all sorts of reasons, excuses and poor habits diminish our interest in having good sexual experiences. We gradually lose our sexual prowess and weaken our ability to use the healing powers of our sexual energy.

The word Quodoushka means the coming together of two energies which produces ‘more’ than each energy can generate on its own.
Thus, ‘Quodoushka’ is what happens when we share our orgiastic energy with someone else. For both men and women having good strong orgasms is healthy. Every orgasm we have restores the body with proper levels of hormones, helps circulate the blood, moves nutrients to every organ, releases tensions, and floods us with overall feelings of hope and joy. Our orgasms are tremendous and powerful expressions of creation. If our sexual expression is neglected, denied or repressed it can cause both physical and emotional dysfunctions. If sex is forced, or expressed without sensitivity and respect it can also cause great damage. As we return to source, we can turn our sexual experiences into a medicine for our soul’s growth. Each of us can learn to harmonize and balance our sexual core energy and use it to bring greater beauty into all we do. When shared with care, understanding and love, sexual energy can not only bring deep bliss and joy, ultimately; it can become the means to experiencing the highest states of spiritual connection with all of life.

The Workshop Itself:

These teachings are based on sacred shamanic traditions which integrate spirituality and sexuality as an integral part of life.

Some of these teachings originate from ancient Mayan and Toltec schools of learning, preserved through thousands of years of oral tradition, by healers and sages known as Twisted Hairs Elders. Many of these teachings were forced underground after the Spanish Conquest by Cortes, Pizzaro and the invasion of Europeans onto the North American Continent. The beauty and power of the Quodoushka teachings offers guided exercises, teachings and ceremonies to empower our relationship with ourselves, life and others.
